Our Story

Jen and Cedric Mfuranzima share a passion for elevating individuals through a transformative transfer of knowledge and skills. Together, they have been part of the residential care community for more than ten years and bring more than 25 years of experience serving individuals. The institute is a step towards the couple’s grand vision for the assisted living industry.  Their passion and mission are to empower individuals to assist in helping them meet their potential, professionally and personally.  We believe in this philosophy of empowering the individual through a clean and professional transfer of knowledge and skills in the community of clients we service in the assisted housing community.
